Models & routing
The model registry distinguishes local and API execution. Local recommendations use approximate VRAM thresholds. The future client must also check RAM, disk space, model license, quantization and backend compatibility. Auto mode recommends a route; it must ask before paid cloud fallback.
Credits
Local jobs cost zero cloud credits. API operations convert verified provider cost at approximately $0.001 per credit. Token-based operations sum input and output costs first, then round up once with a one-credit minimum. Credits are reserved atomically and settled against provider receipts.
Desktop architecture
The integration contract supports a Tauri shell and local Python inference service. The client uses a revocable device token for license, balance and registry access. Cloud credentials stay on the backend. The gateway currently returns an explicit unavailable response.
Security & recovery
Sessions expire after seven days and are limited to three per account. Disconnect desktop devices in your dashboard. Password changes invalidate browser sessions. Manage purchases and plans only inside the desktop app.
